My Wonderful Whakataukī

This week for Te rao Maori we had to write and decorate 2 Whakataukīs on a google drawing, if you do not know what whakataukīs are they are Maori proverbs kind of like Maori quotes the whakataukīs we had to do were "haere taka mua, taka muri; kaua e whai" which means: be a leader not a follower and "Me mahi tahi tatou mo te oranga o te katou" which means We should work together for the wellbeing of everyone. Here are the drawings:

  1. Kia Ora Neve,
I love both of your Whakataukī this week. My favourite one was probably the one We should work together for the well being of each other. I love how you put a lot explaining on the Whakataukī. What is your favourite Whakataukī?
    Keep up the awesome work!!
